I definitely agree with the statement that materials can be created purely from imagination which makes innovations faster and more efficient. We can’t imagine the Edisonian way of experiments being exploited these days. However, I believe the reality is often different where the computation without experiments may work on paper but not in reality.

I fully agree with you, the more challenging part of the work will be making REPLICATORS or nanorobots which will do the job.
